JUST CULTURE by SIDNEY DEKKER
Sidney Dekker (Ph.D. The Ohio State University, 1996) is Professor and Director of the Key Centre for Ethics, Law, Justice and Governance at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. Formerly professor at Lund University (Sweden) and the leading person in the Master Course "Human Factors and System Safety", "Just Culture" (2007) is one of the books Dekker has written concerning investigations of accidents and incidents. This book is highly recommended!
